The American Reserve is lead by Executive Chef, Bobby Stearns.
Chef Bobby has been in the culinary world since he was a student at Shawnee Mission West High School, when he enrolled in the culinary arts program at Broadmoor Technical Center. He went on to pursue further culinary studies at Johnson County Community College, which landed him in Executive Chef roles for local restaurants throughout the Kansas City area.
